Sonic dissent: protest song
PRMS | 28.01.2003 00:56
we are two musicians from Melbourne, Australia, and around the time the War began, we recorded this piece of music. we call it
7milliongrams - an allusion to mass of ordnance dropped by coalition warplanes.
it is a fusion of rock and electronic elements, and a strong statement of dissent against the United States administration's foreign and economic policy, as well as the coalition of nations that support it and the subservient mass media and its refusal to criticise.
please listen, be inspired and by all means burn it and spread it around.
this music is not for sale.
