The italian police in the evening of july 21th 2001 raided the Genoa Social Forum and the Indymedia center, slaughtering 61 people ,splitting spleens, smashing heads, crushing bones.
After 18 months, the public prosecuters in genoa is going to close the inquiry. What has been denounced for over a year and a half by witnesses is now coming out from official acts. Responsabilities in the raid from the police head officers emerge clearly from the latest investigations of the public prosecutors in Genoa. In the interrogations the police chiefs are accusing each other trying to offload the responsabilities to the lower degree police departement... The second-in command of the antiterrorism even refused to to testify. Rome riot police squad are responsible for 61 badly injured people and the head officers are being hold responsible of providing false evidence and witness: a stone-throwing episode against a police patrol that nobody can testify and a knife assault during the "search" that has been proven to be staged. They tampered the evidences like the infamous molotov cocktails toarrest 93 innocentpeople. And behind the molotovs, hidden in the background,the hand of valerio donnini, boss of the celere division and of the special anti-riot squad. And even a video of the private Tv station Primocanale exposed the lies of the ones in charge of the raid ...
