car is a 'smart bomb' and you gave the order to launch it
screaming to its destination.

Recently, the Federal Government of Canada introduced the
so-called 'Anti-Terrorist Act,' Bill C-36.

Provisions of the Act are designed, among other things, to:

- cut off financial support for terrorists by making it a crime to
knowingly collect or give funds, either directly or indirectly,
in order to carry out terrorism;
- make it easier to freeze and seize their assets;
allow, within carefully defined limits, the arrest and detention of,
and the imposition of conditions of release on, suspected terrorists
to prevent terrorist acts and save lives;
- require individuals who have information related to a terrorist
group or offence to appear before a judge to provide that information;
