THIS MAY BE OUR LAST OPPORTUNITY TO MAKE CLEAR PUBLIC OPPOSITION TO THIS WAR.

Saddam is expected to deliver full details of his weapons programme by 8th Dec. Considering that 95-100% of his known weapons programme was destroyed by 1998, & that GDP per head in Iraq is around 3% that of the US, the chances are that he will only have pipe dreams & fertilizer bombs to declare (remember that chemical weapons go hand in hand with modern agriculture, so their is absolutely nothing unique about Saddams ability to produce chemical weapons).

On the 8th the US is likely to reject Saddams declared weapons programme regardless of how large or small his stockpile really is. The US is likely to initiate war rapidly after 8th December, and before the International Community has time to assess the legitimacy of Saddams declaration of weapons. WE MAY BE AT WAR BY 14TH DECEMBER.
