Greetings from this side of the pond. The Not In Our Name anti-war rallys were a smashing success ! While not of the mammoth scale as your rally in London last week they still packed quite a wallop. Here are some of the early numbers.

We are still awaiting reports from Milwaukie Wisconsin and Seattle Washington among others.

Where the real story is told is in the smaller gatherings.

All of these sites are bastions of conservativism where political dissent is rarely encountered. There is going to be some big concern when this information when this information finds its way to the offices of the FBI and NSA tomorrow morning. While the numbers are small veteran spooks who were around during the Vietnam Era know how fast these protests can mushroom in size.

The next big action will be the National Day of Protest on October 26th. Instead of a large number of rallys there will be only 2. One on the East Coast in Washington DC and a second on the West Coast in San Francisco
