When another member of the picket, a health care professional, approached the police demanding medical attention for the wounded, the response was that "the police agent who arrested the injured has medical training." A denial of medical help that violates fundamental rights. The same police who denounced the wounded CGT activist followed them to the hospital in La Paz (another notorious illegality). A regional deputy of IU demanded to see the detained, without success. After being seen in La Paz, the CGT activist has been moved to the station of La Estrella (in the Moratalaz neighborhood, Madrid).
