Globalism UK PLC: Overseas Contract Workers

For the British employee in teaching there were traditionally two routes to gain qualifations:
a) a four year BED course
b) a main degree plus PGCE (4 years total)
Now we have 'on the job training' and overseas labour arriving with overseas qualifications which are then equalled to domestic labour at parity, without parity actually existing in the first place. One of
the main arguments of the globalists is that qualifications are equal all over the world and a levelling down process occurs to the lowest common denominator.
Whereas in the past British imperialism 'managed' its Empire by shipping millions of coolies from one end of the globe to the other, now it is implementing the process in reverse, doing the same internally. The aim as always is to break down solidarity, change labour practices, increase workload and offer a low quality service
to working class kids who at the end of the day need no basic education as the present doesn't go beyond Mc Jobs...
The school in question is White Hart Lane school in Tottenham which apparently 'failed' its privatised inspection by OFSTED which led to the measure of hiring overseas workers. Out of nearly 80 teachers
around half are from all corners of the globe according to
the 'Evening Standard' 19th June 2002
Countries of origin and qualifications of staff:
Turkey
Italy
Australia
Northern Cyprus
Spain
Cyprus
Sierra Leone
Mauritius
Sri Lanka
Jamaica
Nigeria
Zimbabwe
Somalia
Just as in the NHS the hiring of overseas contract workers in the cleaning departments with budgets half of what they used to be under the old system, has led to many outbreaks of hospital viruses, so now Schools are rapidly following on from what has been going on in the rest of the public sector.
The globalist of today, like the globalist of old looks at workers from the point of view not what destructive tendencies are built within the system from the outset, but in terms of momentary gain.
The reason the British Empire wanted Indian coolies to build the railways in Africa was because British globalists of old couldnt trust African labourers as they were against British presence and they were 'slackers'. According to info gathered from the mass media of disinformation 'staffroom culture' has to be abolished by
abolishing staffrooms and British workers suffer from too much apathy.
Its no coincidence that in all the years Britain ran Rhodesia ie during the colonial period not a single school was built for black schoolchildren and the main aim of the railways was the extraction of colonial booty. The same law applies today in terms of knowledge and
culture. The aim of hiring so many overseas teaching employees isnt to 'educate' the poor kids of Tottenham, if that was the case Blairs favourite school, the London Oratory would have globalised its labour force first, it is to downgrade the school in order then to hand it
over lock stock and barrel to an overseas contract manager who will then deregulate teaching contracts to hourly paid rates, with no pensions and variable hours.
