Lomg Hot Summer?

According to the Hornsey Journal of this week the police of Haringey have carried out 8,000 stop and search against the people of Haringey inthe last few months...

Blair has stated that street crime has to go by September.

Thousands of prisoners are being released on tags, from prisons.

Taking into account that Haringey is predominantly black and a Police commisioner state most crime is done by blacks is this part of the governments anti-racist offensive?

One wonders why prisoners are being released early at the same time as stop and search is growing.

Will it be a long hot summer?
