Just like War Criminals, Mr Bush and Mr Putin, main participants at the NATO summit that will be held in Pratica Di Mare, in Italy, are kept under strict and vigilant protection by war planes and by the navy, there are missile defenses having been set up and thousands of police forces.

Civil airliners have been grounded, roads are blocked, and the whole area is under siege.

All this is due to 19 Government Leaders, members of the Atlantic Alliance who are about to welcome Russia in their mortal embrace.

Russia is making the final steps to be officially recognized and internationally credited as a Western Capitalist State.
Only in the last few days has it been hinted that Russia could become part of the World Trade Organization.

Russia, similarly to other member states that will be entering the Organization in the future, is going to have a marginal role in NATO, whose decisional and strategic powers remain well in the hands of The Pentagon and its closest allies in Europe ie Great Britain.

The Atlantic Alliance continues to try and find new excuses in order to justify its existance: first as useless conflicts deterrent force, then as defence against terrorism, finally as purveyor of global security, and security it is, but not for the populations of the former Yugoslavia yesterday nor Afghanistan today, rather as providers of security to the big names in the arms trade and in the oil industry.
