"We don't want a hand, we want them to keep
their hands out of us"

The Mutual Support Collective Coordinator ( "Coordinadora Apoyo Mutuo"
) in Monterrey convenes all organizations, groups and independent people who wish to protest against the world capitalist system, from the 18th to the 22th of March 2002 at a gathering in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico, where the International Conference on Financing for Development will take place.
This conference is convened by the UN for the representatives of the
bussiness sector and international organisms such as the IMF, WB, WTO,
among

The history of politics prescripted by the IMF and WB to the poor
countries show all the injustices which working class people are subject to for the benefit of capitalists. For that, we oppose all these reunions that capitalist power entities in the world make with views on "globalizing" mechanisms that allow them to keep stealing, oppressing, exploiting the people.

For us, it is impossible to believe in their good intentions, if they
have never taken into account the opinion of the truly harmed. How could we believe they want people's development if actions show us that they get worse with the time? There are many examples, to mention one,we cite Venezuela in 1989, where the people were forced to get out on the streets to plunder to satisfy their necessities, very similar to what is happening today in Argentina. Because the application of IMF and WB politics are designated to privatize the main enterprises and social goods.

For those reasons, we convene to manifest against such event,
protesting from your city, demanding that the conference be canceled in front of mexican embassies in your county.
