Victoria II Seeks New Empire in Africa

The main worry for us should be that there are few voices challenging the build-up to interfere in Zimbabwe's already troubled situation. No-one is denying that it is far from ideal, but equally no-one is raising any objections to what Britain is planning. This is a deficiency on our part, for unless we, the assorted left, can instinctively oppose ANY Imperialist Foreign Policy by British capitalism, we may as well go home (if it hasnt been sold off).
It has not been well publicised that the opposition Movement for Democratic Change is a party in partnership with the World bank and IMF. Even when this is uncovered, as in Year Zero magazine , it hardly merits a mention. Whats going on ? Its right and good to oppose USA capitalism, but only if we apply the same vigilance to the British version too.
