The Myth of Al-Qaida

funded by a billionaire and is a modern version of the Russian
Narodniks aiming to topple the USA. Its composition is multi-national,
its organisation run by a man who was on the payroll of the CIA and it
has access to the latest technology in terms of military hardware.
Its come out to belatedly support the Palestinian struggle, it
produces no newspaper, it has no national basis, but it is responsible
for actions spanning continents anc countries.
Like the Hydra monster in Ancient Greek mythology where it is
attacked, it reappears from nowhere, in a new location, in a new
environment. Its difficult to beat as it is evasive and works
underground. It is the new Carlos the Jackal but this time round with
many followers.
Its biggest trick was pulling off hijacks with penknives attacking the
USA and then hiding in caves on the other side of the world, making it
difficult for its ringleaders to be caught. But everynow and again
they publish vides with their latest statements...
The new mythology of terrorism which has now been defined as the new
'fascist threat' by President BUSH, is being recreated right in front
of our very eyes. SOmeone associated with a non-existent organisation,
Al Quaeda, is now sought to be harbouring terrorism. Proof of
innocence or guilt like bourgeois democracy in times of social decline
fly out of the window.
If Al Quaeda did exist and if it run by an ex-CIA man one has to ask
why has the poodle turned against the master? Because of Palestine?
No!
The USA needed a means to get at the Palestinians and they have found
it in the form of Al Quaeda. They fabricated an organisation, pinned
activities on it and then are saying by implication as it supports
Palestinians they must all be terrorists. If the US and Israel
implement the Jordan option all hell will break loose. This is what is
behind the Al Quaeda myth.
