Anti-Cuts Demo in Hackney
There is anti-cuts Demo on November 5th, Bonfire Night, at Hackney Town Hall, at 6pm. The Council will be voting on massive cuts imposed on the borough by government intervention. A large crowd is expected. It is a year on from when the council started its attacks on services,selling buildings and closing down voluntary/community groups . Samba, Congas and, undoubtedly, fireworks are expected!
