war costs us each £200 - so let's withhold it?

the war will cost each of us in the UK £200 - so let's each withhold £200 of our tax till the government stops the violent lunacy and put our money where we want it...
it says in the Observer today that this stupid war will cost us each about £200.
so maybe those of us who pay tax could refuse to pay up £200 of our bill this year, putting the cash into a special account till the government agrees to spend it on the NHS and nice things like that?
kind of like students do in rent strikes... anyone know anything about how to organise this? any peace groups doing it already or thinking about doing it?
got to do something very practical to stop this genocide being financed with our money...!
