While every fact that Bin Laden utters is designated as Propaganda, like the fact that millions of children are being killed by smart sanctions in Iraq, and thousands by dumb bombs in Afghanistan, because food aid can no longer be delivered-- the most flagrant and cynical piece of PROPAGANDA, I have ever seen in any war, appeared on the evening news.

The BBC broadcast stated that after another night of aerial bombardment from the skies, in Kabul, day to day life goes on as normal in the streets. They then showed a film clip of a bustling market place with cars and carts going to and fro, laden with goods and happy Afghans with laughing children, playing beside stalls brimming with foodstuff. An old man sat beside a huge pile of green vegetables, sorting out leaves.

The only problem with this film is, Afghanistan has suffered a drought for four years. Not an ear of corn, or stick of wheat has not been scorched and shrivelled. So where did all the lush vegetation and greenery in this film come from? Simple, LIBRARY FOOTAGE!

Eight million people in the region are dependant on, and dying for want of foreign food aid, so this film footage was possibly pre-Taliban, because even the women looked cheerful at being bombed....currently women in Afghanistan cannot remove their veil, or show their face, even in the privacy of their own home
