It's becoming increasingly clear the US government intends to use the murder of 5,000 people in the terrorist attacks there as an excuse to go to war. Such a war will just result in the deaths of tens or even hundreds of thousands more innocent people. Such a war will just reinforce the factors that led to the suicide bombings. This war must be opposed.

The Anti-Capitalist Convergence is a coalition of anti-capitalists who were organizing direct action against the now cancelled September meetings of the World Bank and IMF. They are now calling for this protest to be replaced with "a march against the growing capitalist war on Saturday morning September 29th".
