The last count of g8 prisoners totalled 17. If these 11 are free [ except from the one on house arrest] and 4 more went to court to seek their freedom on Monday, that totals 15. I believe there were also 2 Neo Nazis picked up [ they had photos of Neo Nazi rallies on their persons] so this should mean that all the Genoa anti-corporate globalisation prisoners are virtually free. How fantastic! I just hope these figures are correct.

A judge ordered the release Saturday of 10 Germans held by Italian police on suspicion they were involved in violence during July's Group of Eight summit, news reports said.
An 11th jailed German youth was ordered to be put under house arrest in Italy, the ANSA and Ap.Biscom news agencies reported.
Lawyers for the Germans could not immediately be reached for comment.
On Friday, the German foreign ministry said a top official would meet with Italian authorities on Monday to discuss the much-criticized handling of anti-globalization protests by police during the summit in Genoa.
Italian authorities are investigating protesters' accusations that police used excessive force to break up protests and to raid headquarters of protest groups.
On Friday, several police officials were officially notified they are under investigation, although no charges have been brought against them. One Italian protester was shot and killed in the protests and hundreds were
injured.
The Italian news reports said that the Germans ordered freed on Saturday were suspected members of the Black Block, anarchists blamed for much of the violence in Genoa.
Some 300 people, most of them foreigners, were arrested during the protests.
That number includes 72 Germans.
Many of the protesters remained in jail for weeks while Italian prosecutors investigated. On Monday, a Genoa judge is expected to rule on requests by defense lawyers to release four more Germans from jail.
