The Genoa Social Forum notes that, despite the closing of Stazione Brignole, protesters will be able to reach Genoa. Many people have been working in Genoa, Italy and abroad for months to create a great week od democratic debate , manifestations and festivities and we will be able to overcome all kinds of obstacles. Dozens, maybe hundreds of thousands of people will start arriving in Genoa by train, buses, plane, boat and groups of cyclists have already been on their way for days. 30 special trains, arriving from all adround Italy and abroad, will bring the demonstrators to the open stations, from where GSF will provide an additional bus service to take everyone to their destination. 3000 GSF volunteers are organising food and accomodation in Piazza Kennedy and in other areas of the city. People will be there to participate in the Public Forum, in the migrants rights march on the 19th July, in non-violent direct actions and thematic groups on the 20th when the red zone will be contested, and on the 21st in the great GSF march.the will to be in Genoa cannot be stopped!

further information, although not completely confirmed, is that the motorways coming into Genoa will be closed on or have id checkpoints from monday morning.
