Message of Support on Abortion Rights .

Abortion is criminalised in Ireland and therefore many Irish women use UK
services. This is not spoken of a lot because we are at a stage where 16 years
after the 'X' case , not one government has introduced abortion law.
Pro-life stand in the streets with images of eviscerated infants and argument is
reduced to: -Abortion is always wrong- which means we do not talk about the issues
of human rights, post-abortion continuity of care, medical abortion or

Victims of HealthQuest Abuses in N.S.W. Australia Contact Amnesty in London

On several occasions since 1995 victims of the N.S.W. Government Medical Office, HealthQuest, have contacted Amnesty International in London. We have yet to receive a response. Soviet psychiatry is being used against dissident public servants and whistleblowers in N.S.W. Australia. Blood Service workers fighting back

January 7th saw the return of MPs to Parliament. It also saw the IWW co-ordinate an international phone blockade. Wobblies chose to celebrate the occasion by sending a message to the Health Minister - Alan Johnson - that cuts to the National Blood Service are not acceptable. Phones were tied up all day as campaigners and supporters from as far afield as Poland, Canada, and the United States, as well as hundreds from around the UK, took part. The IWW in the UK has an active and growing job branch in a National Blood Service processing centre. Read more >>
