"No, he was robbed for his wallet, mobile phone and laptop."

It would seem not, given the police are calling it a 'targeted shooting' :

"A BALACLAVA-CLAD man “deliberately targeted” a man who was shot as he got out his car at Shenfield railway station this morning.

Could it be? Probably not. More like the hand of the far-right posting bollocks on Indymedia again

Indymedia is supposed to provide a NEWSWIRE, not a forum for unsubstantiated GOSSIP, so either way this article should be removed

"A City trader who was shot in the leg had rented his home out to a top lawyer exposed for faking large parts of his CV, the Evening Standard can reveal. Robin Clark, dubbed the Wolf of Shenfield, was shot by a masked gunman as he travelled to work on Friday. Police are investigating whether the “targeted attack” could be related to suspected financial problems after it emerged a county court judgment was filed against him for debts of £14,653, and a number of companies of which he was a director were shut down while owing money."
