If Jackie Taylor is the same pseudonym that KD used at Servite Homes, I do not trust its provenance or authenticity.
My personal experience of Kate Davies is that she never replied to personal letters to her nor did she acknowledge legitimate complaints about management issues.
Its clear that she is not the person for the job and if she cannot communicate nor can she consult nor support the tenants, vulnerable and otherwise, she certainly has no place in what should be a responsive constructive caring supportive situation.

She was promoted solely as a not very well qualified woman - but what a disaster.
Many of the staff record that she appears as out of touch and arrogant and not once answers letters of complaint from concerned tenants. It is even rumoured at 27 Hammersmith Grove that she can always be found by a mirror - preening herself - or in front of the Guardian and wanting more positive coverage by using an expensive PR company to boost her flagging image.
Seems to be all about Image and Spin - the same non-service was given by her at Servite Houses which she left in 2004.
