My personal experience of Kate Davies is that she never replied to personal letters to her nor did she acknowledge legitimate complaints about management issues.
Its clear that she is not the person for the job and if she cannot communicate nor can she consult nor support the tenants, vulnerable and otherwise, she certainly has no place in what should be a responsive constructive caring supportive situation.
