Howard Zinn’s play, “Marx in Soho” portrays the return of Marx. Embedded in some secular afterlife where intellectuals, artists, and radicals are sent, Marx (played by Jerry Levy) is given permission by the administrative committee to return to Soho London to have his say. But through a bureaucratic mix–up, he winds up in SOHO in New York.

Bradford's BNP Latest Meeting Place

West Yorkshire's BNP current meeting at a popular music venue that regularly hosts local bands from West Yorkshire and beyond, the Royal pub in Low Moor. "Be The Media!" at Glastonbury

Indymedia at Glastonbury
Maybe not to everyone's tastes, but this years Glastonbury Festival is in full swing and Indymedia is there to cover the goings on that are relevant to the activist community and to reach out to get people involved and excited about participating in Indymedia collectives around the country. A mobile "Be the media" centre has been provided by the Northern Indymedia collective at the Veggies Catering Campaign pitch in the green futures field and will be running alt-media workshops throughout the weekend in conjunction with IMC Nottinghamshire. Don't hate the media, BE THE MEDIA!

UK: Coal are looking to open cast for coal at Dipton and Npower wish to build a new coal fired power station at Cambois. We urge people to support the campaigns against these developments.
