New School Curriculum is 'Anthropometry' (eugenics) now active in schools.

The 'Opening Minds' school curriculum is eugenics, (anthropometry) devised by the Royal Society of the Arts, and now in schools in the UK, and elsewhere.
Here is the eugenics school curriculum:
Opening Minds, Year 7 Science, instructions to teachers. Note the section about measuring babies' heads, its been done before, and is described as 'Anthropometry', from the 1921 eugenics conference.
From the following document, page 9: 'Measure the head size (chin to top of head) and the body size (height) of up to ten children or adults'
