Background

The family of Jay Abatan are trying to find witnesses to the vicious attack that left him with
severe head injuries. Following 5 days in intensive care, Jay Abatan lost his fight for life.
No one has been brought to justice for his killing.

Jay Abatan, 42, an accountant with Price Waterhouse Coopers, and father of 2 small
children, was beaten to death by a group of white males in the street in Brighton in January
1999. He was of mixed race. He had been celebrating a friend's birthday. His brother,
Michael Olatunde Abatan and friend Lloyd Jeffers were also attacked and assaulted. Tunde
was assaulted whilst he tried to rescusitate his brother.

Two men were charged with manslaughter but the charges were dropped.

The family believe the attack was racially motivated and that the crime was investigated
differently because the victims were black and the perpetrators were white.

Racists are ugly people...

This sort of thing makes me feel physically sick. Racists in Britain need to be weeded out, wherever they are found. We really do live in a sick, depraved society and they call it 'civlisation' and want to export this sort of mentality around the world with bombs and bullets. These people are mentally deranged!

I would like to offer my deepest and most profound sympathies to the families of these and all other victims of this terrible sickness that has blighted this nation.

Apart from a few self-deluded exceptions, the people of Britain used to be proud of their sense of fair play and goodwill to all men. I can only hope that those human and decent values will once again brighten the hearts and faces of people again.

The British Government, The Armed Forces and The Police have become a shameless disgrace and an embarassment to any self-respecting human being. The sooner things change, the better. Even if the whole stinking edifice has to be pulled down.

May justice, truly prevail.

Now that I have proved Brighton police will make up evidence to gain a conviction
all other cases where the police are believed to have acted improperly should be looked into.
