Hunter Shot, dies in agony: Gets Own Medicine

Zagovor | 28.07.2010 03:22 | Animal Liberation | World

Last Weekend A Victoria hunter was shot dead by another hunter who mistook him for a deer. This coward died in the same way that he wanted the deer to die: in agony with no help to turn to.

In Victoria hunting for deer is promoted as a "family activity".

On Channel 31, a so-called community-multicultural station, actively programs features that exhibit animal cruelty explicitly (fishing shows that constantly show fish in their death throes, bow-hunting and hunting as a festival.)

Over the years many hunters have been killed and injured because that essentially weak humans who believe that killing animals for fun displays strength and courage.

But the opposite is true, there is no courage in what they do and it is just another pointless, insidious expression of useless and redundant ZODS (Zombie Organic Destructive Systems).

Victoria is a State in debt. The Government approves of almost any activity if it adds money to the treasury, including Jumps Racing, Hunting, and fishing when there are dwindling fish populations.

At all costs the disintegration and decomposing of Capitalism and its desperate supporters must not be allayed. Especially when it turns to the destruction of the Earth and its creatures becomes a strategic move in this escape.

The Earth is Your Only Friend. Although it is a child struggling to survive it is not a child to be cared for so that rapine governments and financial interests can have their way with it.

You heartless prick. If you care so much for life then why do you take so much pleasure in this mans death?

Literally billions of people hunt and eat animals in this world. If you think they should all die slow and painful deaths then you can go fuck yourself you fucking snob.

killing for pleasure vs killing for survival

the idea that some fat suburban flaccid prick killing for pleasure and to compensate for his own impotence compares with someone hunting to survive is so funny that i cant beleive you limp dicks are making the comparison

shot by his own side - friendly fire- ha fucking ha hope it was slow and painful

@Eddie - to be grateful for the demise of someone who kills for fun is not heartless... in fact it might be the opposite.

Meat

Well surely eating animals for pleasure rather than survival is comparible to killing for pleasure?

It is perhaps unnecessary to eat meat, but many like myself do for fun. Does this make most of the population contemptable?

think about it

You are kidding Eddie... your argument is that because people like eating meat, they take pleasure in killing things?

IMHO most of the population (of the UK) don't think at all about where the meat they consume comes from - and I'd also take a wild guess that most of them wouldn't be able to actually kill these animals themselves, let alone find it fun.

Even that prick Jamie Oliver had to have his hand held for his tv stunt - and then he looked like he was gonna faint or puke.

Think on Eddie.

Suppose someone were to kill you for fun? You would be an absolute hypocrite to object. I might kill for 2 reasons that I can think of;
1. self defence or to defend an innocent being e.g a man is holding a knife to a childs throat or a dogs throat it matters not. What does matter is whether or not I can get the victim to safety. If the only way I can do it is by killing that person then so be it morally speaking.
2. Euthanasia, a deer has a gangrenous leg and is in agony and far beyond medical aid. I have a captive bolt pistol and morally speaking again I would kill. I would do the same to a human or a dog if I was in the same circumstances the difference is that I could explain to a human that I was there to help, a dog would also be used to humans, deer are generally terrified of humans, help for the human would also be easily accessible. In some post apocalyptic world with no-one else to help it would be the captive bolt pistol for human dog and deer.

I am not starving, I do not need to eat corpses. In fact by being vegan I eat far less of the worlds resources than any meat eater but I have no right to criticise those who are still pure hunter gatherers and live in the Kalahari desert and Amazon. I have every right to criticise those who on the one hand say it is their right to hunt that it is "natural" and go out in great big 4by 4s with loads of modern technology. You think hunting is natural and justified? OK live the lifestyle and fuck off to the indigenous tribes who will think you are an utter prick no doubt. Massive difference to hunting for fun and regarding non humans as vermin, lesser beings to hunting as part of your life with non humans as brothers and sisters integral for your very being.
