English Defence League is BNP front group

The recent demonstrations by so-called concerned patriots under the banner English Defence League (EDL) is a front group set-up by BNP activists in a move to occupy the growing anti-muslim extremism in certain cities in the UK.

This move to "cash-in" on the activity of the United British Alliance and March for England provides the BNP activists with a fertile recruitment ground. The website for the english defence league, www.englishdefenceleague.co.uk,
was set-up by BNP member and activist Chris Renton on June 19th.

For all the bullshit coming out of EDL (and March for England for that matter) that they aren't racists is just a ploy for them not to be targetted by anti-fascists. In fact some anarchists have taken a cautious approach towards them for the reason that anti-islamism is not a racist position. However it is important to note that the reformation of fascism is reflective of a contemporary context whereby popular notions of the defence of freedoms and liberties can be recuperated to build authoritarian movements. There is NOTHING which distinguishes the politics of the BNP and white nationalism and the most extreme forms of islamism. They represent the same threat to progressive and self-organised tendencies of the working class. In the same way that the Islamic Republic of Iran has posed itself against the interests of the working class, the BNP's ethno-nationalism christianity poses a similar threat.

It is our role as anti-fascists of the revolutionary sense to educate ourselves on the underlining strategies of our enemies, seen as a potential vehicle for regeneration by certain sections of the ruling class, and prepare ourselves for increasing confrontation. This can be only done from within our class, as part of a class action.

The British National Party is not fascist! It is just against the invasion of Britain by millions of Third World migrants, economic refugees and bogus asylum seekers. It wants tighter immigration and asylum controls. Something that New Labour has been promising us for years but has failed to carry out.

The BNP has also steadfastly been against the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan from the very beginning. In fact if someone like anti-war campaigner Brian Haw knew the truth about all of our polices then he would be in the BNP too.

The BNP is not fascist it is nationalist! It is against mass immigration and the asylum flood which is swamping Britain. Britain is only a small Island we cannot take on millions and millions of foreigners. It is not fascist to call for a halt to all further immigration and asylum.

Ok do we have proof of this? If so can we put it up? EDL seems a mix to me, yes I have seen the vids were there saying derogative things to Muslims, but I have also seen the vids were they have publically sppoke out against racism, I have also seen vids were they have coloured people in the EDL.

I believe that they may well have BNP supporters in there, in such a large crowd will attract the right, but I also believe they have anti racists in there as well, I remember trolling the NF site and someone put up there that they went to the Luton demo's as NF trying to use promote there shit.

They was kindly warned by the EDL get there shit and fuck off before they get hurt. So to say all the EDL is basically BNP is silly, and to compare the EDL as C18 is even more bizare, as they are openly racist, and Nazis, EDL aint, I have put up vid links showing that the EDL leaders publically frown on right wing groups, with there anti NF banners.

The owner of the website is a seasoned BNP activist. In such an important role it is obvious that the BNP is behind such an initiative. Like any front group there will be people who are not part of the initiating group. The anti-NF placards are just copying the March For England groups show in Luton. Its useful for the EDL/BNP to seem to be against racism and extremism as they know that they will fail in attracting new recruits. Even Nick Griffin recognised this tactical move in making the BNP more electable.

It's both funny and bizzare that New Labour have been accused of being "pro-Muslim" after launching immensely unpopular wars in both Afrganistan and Iraq, and fostering the highly Islaimophobic War On Terror.

For a party which has many members (including Nick "The Cyclops" Griffin himself) denying the Holocaust, denying the stark truth that this government has let donw not favoured Muslim people is yet another outrageous BNP lie.

Another thing the BNP are not honest about, is how Nick Griffin is living theb life of Riley from both members subs and the European money.
