Well not quite but there will be a Party in the Old Market Square Nottingham 1 pm Saturday after Margaret Thatcher dies.

Here’s just a few reasons to celebrate the demise of the witch, we are sure you can add plenty of your own...........

Supported Capital punishment.Abolished free school milk.Cut spending on education and housing. Ordered sinking of the ship General Belgrano with the loss of 323 lives. Legislated to undermine Trade Unions referring to them as ‘the enemy within’.Ordered the police to visciously attack miners who were striking to protect their jobs. Introduced the Poll Tax. Threw millions out of work.Sold-off our water to private companies (despite 75% opposition). Sold off our gas. Sold off our British Rail arguing that it was a drain on the taxpayer (private rail companies now get more tax payers subsidy than BR did!).Sold off our BT. Shut health facilities and cynically called it ‘care in the community’. Deregulated the finance industry. Declared “there is no such thing as society” and created the ‘me first’ yuppie culture...............

Meantime there is some consolation for her continuing to waste oxygen. Due to developing dementia she has to be frequently reminded that her husband is dead, and each time relive the grief of hearing it for the first time. We can only guess why she agreed to marry the multi-millionaire Dennis Thatcher in the first place

Stupid bitch, I hope she dies. Fell over and broke her arm - probably bad karma. The hospital workers keep finding excuses to keep her in. Probably hoping she gets MRSA, or waiting to find a good moment to knock her off. They know what she did to the NHS. Her legacy is still with us, she created the riot police and set in motion what Blair has continued. Fuck her.

This is a disgraceful posting, which shames Indymedia.

It could be an interesting argument about which prime minister, Thatcher or Blair or Brown did the most damage to the UK. Which was responsible for the most deaths abroad and so on. But regardless of how much dislikes Brown, for example, it is not acceptable to exult in the death of his child. Likewise, exulting in the death of Mrs Thatcher is very unpleasant.

Meh! Maybe it's a bit tasteless for some people although, it must be completely, understandably appropriate for others. Perhaps a muted dance/piss on her grave would suit the offended.

Demo when?

Hang on, it's always been a demo at 5.00pm on the day she dies (or day after isf she dies late afternoon or later) and Trafalgar Square on Saturday. We always respond at 5.00 when the bastards start wars and so on, so this is sort of a given.

Maybe you didn't live through Thatcher's reign Fred? Because if you didn't it's perhaps understandable that you might not be as keen to piss on her grave as the rest of us whose family and friends she fucked over. But please, go to the library, use Google or something and find out for yourself the extent of her evildoing before passing judgement.
