At approximately 10.30 on the 12th of November, 3 activists from Faslane Peace Camp locked on across the Glen Fruin Haul road, stopping a nuclear warhead convoy for half an hour whilst it was en route from the Trident warhead depot at RNAD Coulport on the west coast of Scotland, near Glasgow to AWE Burghfield, near Reading, Berkshire.

The convoy itself carries weapons of mass destruction equivalent to 24 Hiroshimas along public highways and through population centres. The monitoring of these movements by activists has resulted in this being the second consecutive convoy stop in as many months.
