C4 Jon Snow calls for revenge attacks on Russia - what's his agenda?

notobullshitnews | 26.05.2007 13:58 | World

This week, Channel 4 news presenter Jon Snow took a personal interest in asking if the UK would launch a revenge attack for the death of former Russian spy Alexander Litvinenko. Snow has developed a new found concern for the people of Chechnya following the death of Litvinenko. So much so, he now thinks the President of Russia Vladimir Putin is a bad man because he has access to gas and other reserves and is not playing ball with corrupt western power brokers. So what is Snow's agenda?

Snow's concern did not extend to commenting on former leader Boris Yeltsin who sold most of Russian's rich resources and left most people in the abject poverty and bombed the Russian Parliament. Most spies like Kissinger deal with the death of others and there is no surprise if they are killed as part of their murky world but for Snow it was very personal and he showed Bush like tendencies. Snow also thought LiveAid was good and no doubt thinks nuclear power is the future. If the new plan is to attack Russia or call it an enemy, are we going to see more wars courtesy of partisan journalists like Snow, if so what is their agenda?
