This monstrous new bit of public money wasting has yet again bypassed the problems of conjestion and seen the County Council try and build their way out of traffic pollution and conjestion. This small projct has cost the tax payer just a meagre £11.6 million for 1.2 miles of road....and the happy to oblige contractors no other than McAlpine plc.
