RAPAR is a charity which has been working since 2001 with some of the most disadvantaged groups who have withstood intense social exclusion in the communities of Manchester Salford .and Trafford. During this time, and largely through its volunteer base, it has continued to operate, despite having to confront barriers to its access to funds previously lawfully secured by RAPAR. This has been achieved by people who have worked very hard to maintain the charity’s commitment to ensuring that people affected by social exclusion participate and help each other in finding solutions to their problems and bringing people from different communities together.
