General tip to anyone producing anything that costs - it has to be free or damn cheap to be effective, Pay for it yourself, pay for it however, charge the waged more to subsidise the unwaged but don't insult the rest of us with 'concessions'. At £1 I'd be surprised if this booklet isn't being subsidised anyway. I'm sure the publishers would love to make it available to the public for free, but like most of us they live in the real world, where printing has to be payed for.
