BBC Perverting Reality Again

Mr Underhill | 19.12.2005 23:23 | Social Struggles | London

The BBC, reporting the victory of Evo Morales -South America's first indigenous Aztec president- couldn't resist a nasty side-swipe regarding his intention to legalize the traditional growing of coca.

If this wasn't a perversion of reality what is? Amerindians have been growing and chewing coca since time immemorial. It's the artificial demand that rich corporate, coke-sniffing (BBC?) executives have given it that perpetuates the huge Mafia/CIA trafficking industry for cocaine.

If the BBC were even slightly serious it would spend some time to find out who really is behind the hard drugs trafficking. Fat chance of that happening!
