You are just as much of a facist as the guy you want to prosecute. I believe in the ACLU, all free speech is free unless you like yell "fire" in a crowded theater, or directly threaten the life of another person. Those who advocate prosecuting people for "inciting religous hatred" etc. are a front by the establishment of outlawing all forms of dissent. You should be allowed to say whatever you want without fear of prosecution. Next time the police will be coming after the anti-war protesters etc... Yes, the CRE fronts for Blair's racist policies and goals. Yes, the CRE is headed by Blair's goons of an Asian or Black ethnic background. Yes, these particular goons will wind up anyone who cares about issues affecting the Black or Asian communities.

Instead, wake up to the big issue. If Blair controls an organisation, that organisation is lost to us, that is to say lost to decent, moral, loving, peaceful humanity. So, take your anger, read or re-read '1984', and understand that the ironically named 'Ministry of Love' and 'Ministry of Truth' are joined in OUR REALITY by the 'Commission for Racial Equality'.

He is the British Homed Office appointed executive chair of the Commission, the CRE.

The CRE itself was established in 1977.

The CRE is NOT a secret organisation is so far as its funding and political control.


Both are done by the British Homed Office.


The formal operation are codified and detailed in the Race Relations Act 1976.

The MAIN purpose of the CRE was TO PROSECUTE, on the availability of appropriate and relevant evidence.


The second point is that Trevor Phillips does not know about the law and he could not care.

The published record of his service to the racist cause shows that he is the genuine Nephew Tom.

We support the call for prosecuting Nephew Tom under the Race Relations Act. this is far from being anywhere near a totalitarian system. We are opposed to all of that and that is why we want the Nephew Tom prosecuted so that all the evidence can be examined in a court of law.
