In the last 24 hours a number of regular contributors to Indymedia have seen their posts, hidden, removed and worst of all edited because they have chosen to point out mistakes made by a moderator. They have all received the standard answer of "this is not the place to discuss editorial policy, join the mail list" however attempts to join the mail lists are rejected and email have gone unanswered. If it had been one person it might have been a simple error but we are talking about 5 people here.

Indymedia is about all of us but when we reach a situation where an elite no longer responds to the readership we have a serious problem.
