NO VIGILS! TROOPS OUT NOW - BLAIR NO CONFIDENCE - OUT NOW

pissed off | 09.07.2005 16:17 | Anti-militarism | Globalisation | London | World

What's with the peace vigils? 50 dead in london - that's the price for 50 dead every day in Iraq! Come on, lets turn this around.

Blair must go!

Troops out now!

Justice for Palestine!

The attack on London, from whatever source, is a direct result of the British interference overseas..

Demand regime change at home - Tony Blair must go!

From the British carve up of the middle east to it's backing of the illegal invasion of Iraq by the USA, the UK has allowed itself to be placed in the firing line.

While the bombs were directed at working people and not miltary/political or even economic targets, it is not realist to call the victims or indeed ANY of us 'innocent'

The government is (apparently) democratically elected by us and enacting the policy on the basis of representing OUR views. Now many of us might not believe that in practise this 'democracy' is actually functioning.

HOWEVER, many people do apparently believe we live in a democracy and must share responsibilty for the actions of the governement.

We all benefit from the war mongering acts of our government, both outright war and economic policies that result in the theft of resources from other countries. We are now paying the price.

We can either stand united with Tony Bliar and both our own culpability with his actions OR we can kick the bastard out, recall our troops from Iraq and do whatever we can to solve the mess we have left in the middle east.
