Who is to blame?

tibi | 08.07.2005 08:58 | G8 2005 | Analysis | Repression

British and London authorities should be ashamed of themselves for the
London bombings events.

British and London authorities should be ashamed of themselves for the
events that occurred the 7/7 05 in London.
While 1500 London police are over in Scotland, part of a 15,000-strong
policing force, watching people chant and march against the G8, they
apparently leave the capital unprotected.
Anyway Blair first said " it was reasonably clear the attacks had been
timed to coincide with the G8 summit in Gleneagles" and then: " the
British
people will not be intimidated after blasts hit London's transport
network".
Its seems that the exasperation of control on people is unnecessary,
since the big efforts against the alleged terrorist are completely
useless.
Control against potential terroristic attack is hardening since
september
11 all over europe and the united states. Even on 7/7 in many countries,
like Italy, the premier declared being in higher
risks than before, while Us raised the alert level for the nation's mass
transit systems to orange.
This
means that the rise of the politics of fear may be grow, instead of
lowering the politic of war, repression of people all over the world, offence to the environment, waste of energy resources.

So the police/MI5 should be ashamed of themselves but not the bombers? Think before you open your gob, son.

You've made an excellent point Tibi. For these bombings to happen, there has obviously been a considerable failure in intelligence gathering. On the other hand, since the intellegence services only do what there told, it's obviously not their fault they were all up at Gleneagles, to protect Blair and his cronies. Why were Blair and his cronies considered more important people to protect than the ordinary working men and women of London, the very tax base that were made (whether they liked it or not) to pay for the bloated and highly unnecessary security extravaganza at Gleneagles in the first place!!!?

So am I getting this right here? Becasue you live in London and pay a little more tax than everyone else you should have all the UKs police force based within London's borders?

Wake up sonny I live in an area in Scotland where there is one policeman covering an area of around 100 square miles and by the way that was long before Blair and his posse arrived in Scotland.

If you notice on the TV today and yesterday there were police in London so your rather a long way off when you say all London's police are in Gleneagles!

So Thomas engage the brain pal, then wwite down how your really feeling.

sick and tired
