The long awaited date for the appeal against convictions of 'depositing
a stall on the highway to the interruption of any user of the highway'
outside M&S and 'affixing placards to Council property' has been set for
Friday 4 June at 10.00am. One of the 'regular' zionist defenders of M&S
worryingly knew the date of the appeal before us! So some kind of fascist
counter demonstration may be present at the court! We need maximum
support on the day, not just to defend our right to effectively protest
outside M&S but to defend the democratic right of any campaigning group
to protest on the streets of the city of Manchester.
