the government to abandon proposed legislation or change existing rules.
Nowhere are they more active than in the field of development and
planning. This lecture examines how they work, how they change
government policy and how they might be confronted.

Don't be ridiculous. Monbiot is hardly right wing simply because he criticised the TACTICS of Reclaim the Streets. He made several valid points in this article:
