We need way more actions like this. They need to realise that we will respond to their violence and brutaility - whether it's the shooting of demonstrators in Gothenburg, Genoa or Geneva, the risking of lives of blockaders hagning from bridges, or the day to day brutaility of capitalism we're not gonna sit back and take it much longer.

At 7.20pm BCN time the French consulate remains under occupation by the 21 demonstrators left from the 28 that occupied the site this morning.. there has also been a large number of supporters and press on the other side of the internal security doors and out on the street in front of the building.

The demonstrators have discussed the possibility of staying at the consulate for 24 hours.
