Protesters Foil Menwith Hill Spy Base in Yorkshire

At least 1000 protesters are at Menwith Hill US Spy Base in North Yorkshire to demonstrate against its role in intelligence gathering for the war on Iraq (not to mention monitoring all our phone calls!). The demonstrators are using foil to disrupt the base's satellite systems and are approaching the fence despite a heavy police presence. There apparently have been no arrests so far.
