Film screening halted then started again (article 1)

GUERRILLA FILM SCREENING (PICS)

Its was fucking cold but dozens of people turned up at the NFT on Londons Southbank to watch the european newsreel. An arch was converted into a makeshift cinema and away we went. Unfortunately 15 mins from the end of the said newsreel, 3 jobsworth security guards came and told us that we were tresspassing unless we paid the NFT to hire the pavement and arch!! Thats the same NFT who are given millions by the govenment to "promote and encourage young filmmaking talent"??
Undetered our intrepid crew moved their portable cinema further down to a thameside location (which was actually nicer anyway) and continued the newsreel and a series of short films.
