There was an Earth Summit ten years ago which set targets for "sustainable development" in the Third World, so they should be reaping the rewards and benefits by now.

Sadly, Africa is more fucked now than it was a hundred years ago when the land grab began. The famine and AIDS is a DELIBERATE act of genocide of an entire race, hated by the West, because they have all the real wealth, land, gold, oil, diamonds and natural resources. If left to their own devices, Africans would be richer than the all the World Bankers combined.

This Summit is a fraud and yet another opportunity to buy more time, by setting goals, suppossed to take effect in another ten years. But of course, that will be too late for millions, who must accept the World Bank's conditions and Monsanto's GMO's or die!

Problem is that when they talk about sustainable they are refering to making cash, as long as they keep making cash, mere complications like bio diversity and eco systems are not part of the scam. They have patented most of the plants, won't be long before the GM kind are the only ones available.
