Burnley unites against the BNP
Saturday 11 May, 1pm
Burnley Peace Gardens

Burnley residents will join forces with anti-racists from across the country on Saturday at a mass demonstration against the British National Party.

This will mark the launch of a concerted mass campaign to kick the Nazi BNP out of town. The election of three BNP councillors on 2 May has underlined the urgent need for united grassroots action against fascism and racism. The
vast majority of Burnley voters are utterly opposed to the BNP's dogma of race hatred. On Saturday, this anti-Nazi majority will unite and fight back.

Speakers to include:

. Shahid Malik, Labour Party NEC
. Steve O'Donnell, Burnley Trades Council
. Glyn Ford MEP, Treasurer of the Anti Nazi League
. representatives from the Isle of Dogs Anti Nazi League
