CSFB Bankers on Rape Charges

two Credit Suisse First Boston bankers have appeared in the Old Bailey (City of London) accused of raping two women at an exclusive penthouse party.
[Three city bankers] were arrested on July 20th... all denied conspiracy to rape, at the Old Bailey on Dec 5th.
[One] has been suspended from his job as vice-president of risk equity trading at CSFB since the allegations were made, also denies raping the two women at his penthouse in Soho.
[Another], from Bermondsey, who was an associate in pan-european UK sales at the bank, has already been made redundant...
Judge Giles Forrester gave the three bail under strict conditions and ordered they return to the Old Bailey on Jan 23rd 2002...
A spokesman for CSFB dclined to comment.
