Presidency For Sale?

How much did the US presidency cost George Bush? Perhaps more importantly, how much is his presidency going to cost the American people and the rest of the world?
Because he had to cheat to gain a position to which he is not entitled, he is incapable of living up to the responsibilities he has taken on.
The majority of the American people tried to elect a president last year and almost succeeded but the judiciary stepped in and did it for them. Now Bush is demonstrating the untrustworthy nature of the judiciary with new laws against 'terrorism' which by-pass it.
In four years time the American people will have another chance unless some laws made during this contrived state of emergency enable Bush to postpone these elections indefinitely.
When are the American people going to wake up to the abuse of democracy in their country?
A presidency that can be bought and manipulated is worse than no presidency at all.
