Bombing continues...

Blair has just announced on Prime Minister's Questions that the bombing of Afganistan is ongoing, and that he does not support its immediate termination.

I was wondering whether or not people think that now Taliban forces are in complete disarray, and Kabul has fallen that this creates a *better* time to oppose the bombing, and to stop it once and for all - or is this an opportunistic response?

I am mainly concerned about this point in relation to the
Stop the War demo on Sunday, which some people seem to feel is largely irrelevant now.
