Investigating the CPGB in Britain

Keen readers of indymedia will be aware of previous postings concerning the way in which The Weekly Worker, newspaper of the Communist Party of Great Britain(CPGB) has slagged off anarchists, both here in the UK and recently in Italy, for example at the recent Genoa demonstration, alleging that the Black Block was dodgy and accusing anarchists and anti-capitalist protesters of being against the working class (ridiculously). But recent information from Green Anarchist (Steve Booth, Lancaster-check his website at  http://website.lineone.net/ grandlaf, htm) and from the new issue number four of Notes from the Borderland (available for £3-00 +50p postage made payable to Larry O'Hara, from BM 4769, London WC1N 3XX England) makes the CPGB/Weekly Worker attacks even more disturbing. For, it is revealed that ex-MI5 spy Michael Bettaney is operating inside this Stalinist organisation as Michael Malkin, but the CPGB refuse to tell its members (only a select few know) or its readers or its sister organisations in the Siocialist Alliance about his true identity and history. This also perhaps explains why the Weekly Worker affords so much space to the very dodgy Terry Liddle, a longtime pal of these Stalinists, who was thrown out of the Green Party after an internal inquiry into Liddle's connections with fascists. Get the new copy of NFB urgently to find out more and i think a security alert is needed for anyone who comes into contact with the CPGB or gets printing done by them- Bettaney (still receiving MI5 gratuities according to the Irish investigative magazine Phoenix)works in their printing works and i understand some people who should know better still use their printing presses thinking they are genuine leftists. Some of their members surely are but the Bettaney/Liddle cases and the Weekly Worker's regular disinformation about anti-globalisation activities and slurs on the anarchist and anti-capitalist movement generally raise important questions and answers must now be demanded, Please circulate this information and try a search on the indymedia site for The Weekly Worker to pick up on previous postings by others and examples of their crude Stalinist disinformation, which the vampire-like SWP also seem to share about the movement. Be on guard comrades...
