The poor old South Bank never attracted much interest from radicals, but now, compared with the nightmare of the Tate Modern, a Debord worst scenario of a theme park of modern art, it began to seem like a haven of a disappearing world.
Proudly boasting their new liason with big business, the South Bank leaflet is fronted by a pic of Noseferatu the vampyre. Quite appropriate.
